# Create: FE Converter License

Create: FE Converter is owned by Dead Studios.

You may use the mod freely in personal worlds, private servers, public servers, and modpacks, as long as you follow the terms below.

## Allowed Use

You may:

- Download and use Create: FE Converter for personal gameplay.
- Use Create: FE Converter on private or public Minecraft servers.
- Include Create: FE Converter in modpacks.
- Record, stream, screenshot, review, showcase, or make tutorial content using the mod.
- Share links to the official mod page.

## Ownership

Create: FE Converter, including its code, branding, textures, models, compiled files, project page assets, and related materials, remains the property of Dead Studios.

Using the mod does not give you ownership of the mod, its code, its assets, or its branding.

## Modpacks

You may include Create: FE Converter in modpacks.

If included in a modpack, the mod must be credited as:

The modpack page must not imply that you created or own Create: FE Converter.

## Redistribution

You may not:

- Reupload Create: FE Converter as a standalone file.
- Upload the mod to CurseForge, Modrinth, GitHub, Discord, file sharing sites, or any other platform without written permission from Dead Studios.
- Redistribute modified versions of the mod.
- Redistribute patched jars, copied assets, repackaged builds, or renamed versions of the mod.
- Claim Create: FE Converter as your own work.

## Reverse Engineering

You may not:

- Decompile the mod.
- Reverse engineer the mod.
- Disassemble the mod.
- Modify the mod jar.
- Extract or reuse source code, internal implementation, private assets, or unreleased content.
- Use the mod’s code, assets, behavior, or internal implementation as a base for another project without written permission from Dead Studios.

## Attribution

Do not remove or obscure Dead Studios branding, author credits, license notices, mod metadata, or links included with the mod.

When referencing the mod publicly, credit should be given as:

## No Warranty

Create: FE Converter is provided as-is.

Dead Studios does not guarantee compatibility with every modpack, server, launcher, Create version, NeoForge version, Minecraft setup, or other installed mod.

Dead Studios is not responsible for world corruption, crashes, server issues, data loss, mod conflicts, or other damage caused by installing, using, misconfiguring, modifying, or redistributing the mod.

## Permission Requests

If you want to redistribute the mod, modify it, port it, use its assets, translate it, fork it, or use it as part of another public project, you must contact Dead Studios and receive written permission first.

Permission may be approved, denied, limited, or revoked by Dead Studios at its discretion.

## License Changes

Dead Studios may update this license for future versions of Create: FE Converter.

Updated terms apply to versions released with or after the updated license.

If a specific version includes its own license file, that license applies to that version.
