Get these by melting raw/crushed ore or ingots/nuggets/ore blocks with a superheated blaze burner! Don't forget they can create alloys too!
These are found in the bottom of the world right at the top layer of bedrock, they replace stone/cobblestone/cobbled deepslate/deepslate with the respective ore and they are so much faster than average iron farms!

This machine can convert so much stress units into energy very fast and gets more efficient the more magnetic strength it's under.
Change it's speed in the front or back of it and it will generate a huge enough of stress units to run a giant factory.
