Initial release for Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge.

• Added a Mechanical Milling recipe for producing paprika.

• Added support for using regular milk or soy milk interchangeably in applicable recipes.

Notes

This is the first public release of Create: Croptopia Factories. Existing Croptopia foods can now be integrated into automated Create processing lines, transported through pipes, and stored in fluid tanks.
