Copper Flippers is a small NeoForge addon created for Create: Builders and Backpacks.
It adds a new wearable item, Copper Flippers, designed to support underwater exploration and mining progression within the modpack.
The flippers improve swimming movement while applying a movement penalty on land, encouraging them to be used specifically as underwater equipment rather than general-purpose mobility gear.
The mod is primarily intended as a dependency for Create: Builders and Backpacks, but can also be used independently.
