Extends Createmod's base functionality to allow bigger Tanks&Vaults, while preserving other functionalities.

Description
Allows of changing a Config value for Tanks and Vaults. While its functionality isnt changed.
Default config values for Max Size of each type is 5x5 Vaults, and 7x7 Tanks, Limit is between 1 and 128(the bigger it gets the more lag it makes, especially building it). It also natively supports advanced textures for better visibility.
planned features:
make more customizable tanks/vaults (limit is how much rewritting needed), fix textures
