- The Advanced Circuit is replaced with a Processor.
- The SFC Carbon is removed.
- The Elite class is temporarily removed for redesign.
- The Sentry Gun is replaced with the Gear Soldier.
- Three new mobs are added: Assistant Drone for the crafting team, Hunter Drone, and Heavy Unit for the military team.
- Two new potion effects are added: Stunned and Military Threat.

Visuals and Sound:
- Slight color change for all sulfur-related items.
- The Sentry Warrior is renamed the Cog Warrior.
- Slight changes to the models and textures of the Gear Mechanic and the Cog Warrior.
- The wheels and tracks of mobs that use them for movement now have animations.
- Cog Miner pickaxes are no longer part of the model and have been replaced with iron pickaxe items.
- The wrench has been removed from the Cog Mechanist model and replaced with a wrench from the Create mod.
- The drone propeller sound has been improved.
- Drones now have their own ambient sound.
- The ambient sound of Cogs has been modified.

Mechanics:

- Mob stat balance has been adjusted.
- Recipe changes.
- Mob loot changes.
- Villagers now flee from Cogs.
- Drone movement improvements.
- Cog Warriors can now randomly spawn equipped with shields and swords of varying levels.
- The Electroshock effect applied by the Cog Warrior now only applies when equipped with a golden sword.
- The Cog Miner, Miner Driller (both Overworld and Nether), and Cog Mechanist can stun with their attacks at varying probabilities.
- Carrier Miners (both Overworld and Nether) no longer break shields; instead, they stun.
- The Nether Cog Explorer now fires while chasing and has improved navigation speed.
- Both the Overworld Cog Explorer and Explorer Drone no longer attack at range, but in melee, while retaining the ability to apply the Electroshock effect with their attacks.
- The Cog Explorer deals area damage.
- When the Cog Mechanist reaches half health, it summons the Assistant Drone.
- The Assistant Drone and military-class mobs will be disabled by default.
- Now, annihilating Worker Cogs can accumulate Military Threat points. Reaching a certain amount activates the Military Threat effect. If you stop attacking these creatures, the points decrease over time.
- Upon gaining the Military Threat effect, a siege event will begin. During this event, military-class creatures will periodically appear, increasing in number over time.
- Military Threat parameters can be adjusted, such as the possibility of deactivating it, the number of points required to apply the effect, and its duration.
- The Electroshock effect completely disables Cogs while it lasts; for all other creatures, it functions as usual.
- Cog Miners, both in the Overworld and the Nether, now have a chance to stun shields with their attacks.
- There are adjustments to the explosive projectiles launched by some Cogs.
- The option that allows explosive projectiles to destroy blocks is disabled by default.
