Visual:
 -The visual state of the Repair Kit and Medkit is removed and remains in a fixed texture
 -Changes to Healing Station and Armor Repair Station particles
 -Some elements are renamed
 -Changes in the ID of some elements
 -Changed the model of the Electroshock projectile, now it is 2D, similar to the Fire Charge
 -Changes in tooltips

Mechanics:
 -Rebalance of the Electroshock effect
 -The Electroshock effect originating from both the Tesla Shield and the Tesla Cannon will now affect entities whose current life value is less than 25 hearts and not the maximum life value as before
 -The Electroshock Charge floats in a straight line
 -Changes to mob spawning
 -The Hand Drill and Netherite Hand Drill can now be repaired with Andesite Alloy and Netherite Ingot respectively
 -Nerf to the Hand Drill and Netherite Hand Drill, while it can still break almost any block, in the Farmers Delight mod's chopping board it only works as a pickaxe

 -The Medkit can now disappear when its durability reaches 0
 -The Medkit is no longer compatible with the Mending enchantment

 -The Medkit no longer heals by applying the Instant Heal potion effect, it does so in a different way
 -New exclusive enchantment for the Medkit
 -The Tesla Cannon now has a real shot indicator and is independent of the weapon's duration
 -Tesla Cannon's charge capacity is now reduced to 16 shots per charge
 -New enchantment for the Tesla Cannon and Tesla Shield
 -The generation of sulfur ores was reduced
 -Only 1 XP Container item can now be stacked instead of 64
 -The XP Container can grant experience when right-clicked and return the Brass Glass Bottle to you
 -Entities react with fear or anger when hit with the Shock Charge projectile fired from the Tesla Cannon
 -The projectile that the Chemist throws no longer gives the electroshock effect, it is now a fireball

Fixes:
 -Fix Manufacturer Regeneration
 -Miner and Nether Miner no longer drop axes upon death
 -Cogs no longer attack each other when accidentally hit, only other entities that hit them
 -Animations of both the Hand Drill and the Netherite Hand Drill are corrected, now they already reproduce the animation of "Idle" when not used
 -Pose of Hand Drill, Netherite Hand Drill and Tesla Cannon is corrected, it is similar to the Potato Cannon of Mod Create
 -The Hand Drill when breaking 3x3 now only applies to its correct tier
 -Sounds are fixed
 -The Medkit respects the cooldown when healing another entity
 -Improved mob aim
 -Electroshock Charge no longer bounces on impact with the shield
 -Electroshock Projectile hitbox reduced
