Added a comprehensive configuration system, allowing every major feature of the mod to be individually enabled or disabled.
Added automatic generation of an editable example datapack for burner Pokémon when a world is created.
Added in-game commands to manage the burner Pokémon list without manually editing datapacks.

/cci burner list — Lists all currently loaded burner Pokémon.
/cci burner check <pokemon> — Checks if a Pokémon is currently allowed in blaze burners.
/cci burner add <pokemon> — Adds a Pokémon to the editable burner datapack.
/cci burner remove <pokemon> — Removes a Pokémon from the editable burner datapack.

Note: After using the add or remove commands, run /reload for the changes to take effect.
