What's new
Rewrote chunk loading system to use the new ForgeChunkManager introduced in Forge 36.1. This fixes a number of issues where chunks would not get loaded/unloaded properly. The new logic is also much simpler for me to understand. :)
Additionally, fixed a bug where placing a minecart contraption with a chunk loader directly on to a cart assembler would result in a crash.
It is strongly recommended to break and replace all chunk loaders in the world after updating. Additionally, please check and remove any spurious chunks that are still loaded via /forceload.
