Create: Chromatic Return

Added:

- Bedrock Shards, gained from mining Bedrock by right clicking it with the Multiplite Glow Claws.

- Bedrock Shard Crushing, crush your Bedrock Shards to get large amounts of metals that have been compressed over the centuries.

The use of Bedrock Shards is subject to change, I'm open to ideas.

Fixed:

- Spectator Mode Flight being bugged

- Other mods' flight systems being broken by Multiplite Flight

- Multiplite Flight now forces flight

Changed:

- Added information lore to the Glowtools and Bedrock Shards.
