Create: Bits n Dyes

Requires Bits 'n' Bobs 2.2.0+ and Azimuth.

Extends the dyeable capabilities from Bits 'n' Bobs to include the entirety of Create's fluid system and a few other mods.

Performance

No new blocks are needed, this uses a method of switching textures to avoid having tons of block variants and blockstates. This mod will also only load textures that are necassary for the given mod set. As a result, it should be minimal impact addition to any pack, given the wide range of new customisation options it provides.
