Create: Biotech

A Create addon that brings living creatures into the factory.

Create: Biotech is a Create addon built around the idea of biological machine parts. Instead of adding a completely separate gameplay loop, it tries to plug living creatures directly into Create's existing stress, logistics, processing, and contraption systems.

Mobs are not just sources of drops; they can become machine parts themselves. Just as a blaze can serve as a burner, slimes can become drive components, ghasts can become balloons, spiders can become assembly stations, and squids, evokers, and creepers can each take on a mechanical role of their own.

What's inside

Here are some of the things you will find:

Catch mobs with cardboard boxes. Bring living resources in from the wild and into the factory.
Biological power. Use Power Belts to turn the running motion of living creatures into stress.
You can process more than items. Drop a small slime into a Basin and let the Mechanical Press handle it like any other ingredient.
Lift, float, and roam. Suspend your contraption beneath a ghast and let it carry you.
Turn explosions into industry. The Creeper Blast Chamber uses controlled explosions as part of your production line.
Slime biomimetic creatures. Shape slime into the form of other creatures.
A full enchanting pipeline. Let the Squid Printer handle copying while the Evoker Enchanting Chamber handles enchanting.
Spider assembly stations. Let eight legs take over parts of sequenced assembly.
And more living machinery in the same spirit. Slime universal joints, bone ratchets, Schrödinger's Cat, and more.

You do not need to memorize all of this. The mod includes carefully made Ponder scenes for all of its machines, so you can check what each part does and how it works.

Status

This is still an actively developed passion project. Content and balance may continue to change, and some parts are still rough around the edges. Feedback and bug reports are welcome, and so are strange new ideas.

完整的附魔流水线。 鱿鱼打印机为你复印，唤魔者附魔室为你附魔。
蜘蛛装配站。 让蜘蛛的八只手替你进行序列装配。
以及更多同样风格的生物机械。 史莱姆万向节、骨制棘轮、薛定谔的猫……

不需要把这些全部记住，本模组所有机械均有精心制作的思索，由模组思索者制作并导出。
