Create: Bigger Storage Continued

An unofficial continuation of LopyLuna's Create: Bigger Storage, maintained by yunluoxincheng and Continued contributors.

Build larger storage systems with nine material tiers of horizontal and vertical vaults, upgrade formed structures in place, and use native Create 6 inventory integration.

Features

• Nine material tiers: Wooden, Copper, Iron, Emerald, Gold, Crystal, Diamond, Obsidian and Netherite vaults, in horizontal and vertical forms.
• In-place upgrades: right-click any member of a formed vault with the matching upgrade component. Upgrades retain stored items and their full NBT, orientation and structure dimensions. An upgrade is rejected if the target cannot hold the existing inventory.
• 45 upgrade components: upward combinations across the nine material tiers and Create's standard tier. Survival upgrades consume one component per structure block, collected from the player's inventory.
• Orientation conversion: 18 recipes convert horizontal and vertical vault items while preserving item NBT.
• Inventory improvements: direct slot lookup for equal-capacity vault members, shared incremental stock summaries and deferred independent summary copies for Create logistics.
• English and Simplified Chinese translations.

Capacity

Inventory slots per block; horizontal and vertical vaults have the same capacity.

The standard-tier vertical silo is provided by the optional Create: Connected mod.

Requirements for 1.2.0

• Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.4.10 or newer within 47.x, and Java 17.
• Create 6.0.6, 6.0.7 or 6.0.8.
• Flywheel 1.0.5 is included. No separate Flywheel download is required.
• Install the same mod version on both the client and server.

Create: Connected is optional. It is needed only for the standard-tier vertical silo and upgrades involving it. Select a Connected release compatible with your Create version; its upstream compatibility table lists Create 6.0.6 as unsupported.

Installation and use

Stop the game and server and back up the world before updating. Place the runtime JAR in the instance's mods folder. Keep only one mod using the create_bs ID: this continuation replaces the original Bigger Storage and must not be installed alongside the original mod or the createbiggerstoragetocreate6 bridge patch.

To upgrade, craft an upgrade component for the vault's current and target tiers, then right-click any block in the formed structure. Creative mode does not consume components. Upgrades require a player and a stationary world structure; deployer upgrades and upgrades on moving contraptions are not supported.
