Create: Better Schematics

Description

Improves Create’s schematics by preserving supported machine settings, filters, Mechanical Arm targets, Factory Gauge connections and belt casings when saving and rebuilding contraptions. Adds new Schematicannon controls and tools for converting compatible schematics between versions.

• Factory Gauges: Saves factory gauge configurations and restore their connections when rebuilding.
• Belt casings: Keep belt casing materials when copying and placing builds.
• Schematicannon: Search and select block types to skip, and toggle skipping missing materials.
• JEI Integrations: Upload materials list for a machine directly into the JEI
• Machine settings: Preserve supported settings and filters, including Threshold Switch settings.
• Mechanical Arms: Retain configured inputs and outputs even accross versions.
