Mace Backport — A Create Addon
Bring the Minecraft 1.21 Mace to your Forge 1.20.1 world, built from the ground up as a Create addon, not a standalone mod. If you're already using Create in your modpack, this slots right in.
Features
- The Mace, fully recreated: tiered smash-attack damage that scales with fall distance, a 1.5x critical hit on landing, and an area-of-effect knockback shockwave that sends nearby mobs flying.
- Mace-exclusive enchantments: Density (bonus damage per block fallen), Breach (bypasses armor), and Wind Burst (launch yourself skyward after a hit to chain smash attacks).
- Wind Charge: throw it to launch mobs, players, or yourself — rings bells, flips levers and switches, opens doors and fence gates, extinguishes candles, and shatters decorated pots and chorus flowers on impact. Can even be deflected mid-air like a Ghast fireball.
- A full Create-powered crafting chain to get there: compact a Nether Star and Obsidian into a Broken Heavy Core, cut it down, heat it, and assemble your Heavy Core — no Trial Chambers required. Freeze Blaze Rods into Breeze Rods using a Create Encased Fan and Powder Snow.
- Config file to tune damage, knockback, durability, and enchantability to fit your pack.
