Create: Better Belts

Vertical Belts
- Slimed vertical belts are now sticky on both sides.
- Both sides move like a real belt loop: one side goes up, the other goes down. Reversing the shaft rotation reverses both sides, and the items follow.
- Items leave over the top on the opposite side, or drop out at the bottom on their own side.

Custom Angle Belts
- Items are now passed on to a connected belt instead of being thrown off at the end.
- Belts with custom angles can now be dyed, with or without slime.
- The belt animation no longer stutters or pauses now and then.
- Items now sit in the middle of the belt.
- The hitbox is smoother: one clean staircase like on Create's 45° belts, with no gap you can click through.
