Reduce the item movement animation duration on the depot from 9 ticks to 5 ticks.

Reduce the valve state toggle duration at 256rpm from 2 ticks to 1 tick.

Prevent the depot from dropping overflow items, for example when it accumulates too many processed outputs or when an ejector cannot merge received item stacks.
