Create: All the Soup as You Go

First release of Create: All the Soup as You Go for Minecraft 1.21.1.

• Drain soups with Create's Item Drain and fill bowls with the Spout.
• Support all four Minecraft soups and nine soups and broths from Farmer's Delight 1.3.4.
• Give every soup its own animated fluid texture and bucket.
• Keep suspicious stew effects through draining, filling, tank storage and buckets.
• Add buckets to creative search and Tools & Utilities.
• Include English and Spanish (Spain) names and a new soup logo.

Tested with NeoForge 21.1.251, Create 6.0.10, Farmer's Delight 1.3.4 and Jade 15.10.6.
