Create Aeronautics: Mekanism Turrets Compat

I recommend always making backup of your world before updating anything.

Disclaimer: I cant possibly test all the modloaders with all the Minecraft versions so most of them are copy pasted code from the newest version, fixed to compile and not tested in game. If you encounter bugs please report them on discord below thanks.

• Mekanism Turrets placed on Create Aeronautics ships now turn their head towards the target instead of pointing in a random direction
• lasers fired from a turret on a ship now fly at the target
• turrets on ships now check line of sight properly, so they don't shoot through their own ship
• turret lasers no longer catch fire when they fly through a Mekanism Laser beam
• works with the normal Mekanism Turrets 2.2.x release
• the fix runs on the server
