Description
Welcome to Create Aeronautics: Discovery
This mod is an extension of the Create Aeronautics and will procedurally generate airships, dynamic flying events, and a new sky trader mob!
Features
Worldgen
Hot air balloon and other flying structures generate naturally across the Overworld. They will be assembled and become physics structures as soon as the player gets in range.
Flying Events
Periodically, an airplane full of loot piloted by a Soaring Trader cruises through the sky near you. It spawn at high altitude and it's quite fast, try to catch it if you can! Configurable via datapack.
Soaring Trader
A Wandering Trader variant that rides the airplane, it trades emerald for a variety of simple Create items and brand new maps to explore rare structures in the world.
Custom Loot
New loot tables containing a mix of vanilla, Create and Create Aeronautics items.
Planned features
An big variety of structures are planned to be added in the future, such as sky dungeons and ship sailing the seas. New interactions are planned for the existing planes, such as increased prices for trades that come from Soaring Traders that have crashed down and toggable explotions for the planes.
Commands (OP)
/spawnprefab [pos] [structure] Spawn any NBT prefab as a physics-enabled airship
/flyover toggle Toggle automatic flying events
/flyover Triggers a flying event manually
You can locate any mod's world generated structure (such as the hot hair balloon) by using the vanila command /locate structure aeronauticsdiscovery:[namestructure]
