Allow sending imported photos and keep other mods' HUDs out of captures
Fixes:
- Photos imported into the phone from an item could be viewed but not sent: sending required being the photo's original owner, now anything in the sender's own gallery can be sent
- Other mods' HUD overlays (Jade, Xaero's minimap/waypoints) ended up in photos: the capture now hides the HUD like F1 for a couple of ticks, then restores the player's own F1 setting
