Show dye border color in the full-size photo viewer
Only the held-item right-click entry point ever has a real ItemStack to read DYED_COLOR from - the gallery and chat bubbles only ever hold a bare server-side photoId, with no item involved at all. Threads the color through that one path (clientViewerOpener now takes the rgb alongside the photoId) and defaults to white everywhere else.
Bump to 1.4.0-beta.4.
