This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use, distribution, and modification of the software mod developed by BrayDog2010 ("Author"), hereinafter referred to as the “Mod.”

1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

Download and install the Mod for personal, non-commercial use only.

Use the Mod exclusively on your private devices for entertainment purposes.

Include the Mod in modpacks, provided that:

The modpack is distributed free of charge, and

Proper attribution is given to the Author as “BrayDog2010”.

This License does not constitute a sale. No rights are granted to you beyond those expressly stated herein.

2. Prohibited Uses
You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to:

Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Mod or any derivative works.

Distribute, upload, or share the Mod in any form, including but not limited to:

Digital distribution (e.g., websites, servers, file-sharing platforms), except within authorized modpacks.

Physical distribution (e.g., CDs, USB drives, printed media).

Redistribute either modified or unmodified versions of the Mod, whether for free or for a fee, outside of authorized modpacks.

Use the Mod or any portion of its code, assets, or content in the creation of other mods or derivative works.

Use the Mod in any way that facilitates or results in direct or indirect commercial gain.

3. Modifications
You may modify the Mod for personal use only, subject to the following conditions:

Modified versions must not be shared, published, or distributed, except as part of an authorized modpack.

Modifications must remain in your sole possession and be used exclusively on your private devices.

Modifications must not violate Mojang’s End User License Agreement (EULA), nor any applicable laws.

You may not extract or reuse any part of this Mod in other projects or public releases.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Mod, including but not limited to source code, compiled files, artwork, and design, remain the sole property of BrayDog2010. This Agreement does not transfer ownership or grant any rights to:

The underlying code, assets, or design of the Mod.

Trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property associated with the Mod.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
This Mod is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Author makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Mod, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability,

Fitness for a particular purpose, or

Non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data,

Hardware or software malfunctions,

Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from use of the Mod.

Use of the Mod is at your own risk.

6. Termination
This License shall terminate automatically and without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination:

You must immediately cease all use of the Mod.

All copies, modified or unmodified, must be permanently deleted from all systems in your control.

The Author reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for violations of this License or misuse of the Mod.

7. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Your Jurisdiction].

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

By downloading, installing, using, or modifying the Mod, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this License.
