Crafting bench tools

Crafting bench tools is a Minecraft Forge (1.20.1) mod that revamps the early-game crafting progression! It forces players to use specialized tools and a new crafting station before they can access the vanilla crafting table, making the start of your survival journey more challenging and immersive.

Features

• The Early Crafting Table: Your new starting point! The normal vanilla Crafting Table is locked behind this new progression. You must use this custom table to craft your first tools.
• New Tools: Adds three new specialized crafting tools: Hammer, Saw, and Shears. These tools take durability damage when used in crafting recipes.
• Overhauled Crafting Table Recipe: To craft the vanilla Crafting Table, you now need the Early Crafting Table block AND all three specialized tools (Hammer, Saw, and Shears) combined!
• Ultimate Mining Hammer: The Hammer isn't just for crafting! When you use it to mine a block, it destroys a massive 9x9x9 area in the direction you are looking! Be careful, it will obliterate entire mountains!
• Interactive Saw: Right-click on Oak Planks with the Saw to instantly carve them into Oak Stairs. Right-click the Stairs again to cut them down into Oak Slabs!
• 100% JEI Compatible: Fully integrated with Just Enough Items (JEI). The mod features a custom recipe tab for the Early Crafting Table, including support for the recipe transfer button (the '+' icon) and recipe lookups. We highly recommend installing Just Enough Items to see all the custom recipes!

How to play

1. Get the Early Crafting Table to start your journey.
2. Craft your specialized tools (Hammer, Saw, Shears) using the custom JEI tab.
3. Use your tools in the Early Crafting Table to craft basic items like wooden/stone pickaxes and furnaces.
4. Combine the Early Crafting Table with your three tools to finally unlock the vanilla Crafting Table!
