Craft-Vania: A Castlevania Mod

-Relics no longer work while in the player's inventory. They now must be equipped as curios to take effect.
-Reworked the Griffin's Wing, it's now usable while equipped as a curio, and costs 3 hearts. It also now only negates fall damage after it is used.
-The Leap Stone now works like the old Double Jump Necklace, which has been removed.
-Added a visual effect to mobs hit by whip alt-attacks.
-The Ice Whip and Rahab's Frost now apply the new Frozen effect.
-New effect: Frozen- Applies the freezing effect and prevents movement.
-Added new mob drops and changed many crafting recipes to make crafting more interesting and engaging.
-Removed structures- These will be remade eventually.
-Reworked mob spawning to match updated biome tag system- Mobs are mostly still found in the same biomes.
-Added tooltips to relics
-Increased melee damage of Rune Sword and Heaven's Sword to match their thrown damage.
