Just right click the Crafting Core, and it would open 3x3 Crafting Grid
Right click the Smelting Core, and simply use it as you are using normal furnace
Crafting Table 2x2 recipe is gone. You have to craft the Crafting Table with 3x3 recipe with this painful multiblock Crafting Work Station
Furnace Recipe replaced and require Stone instead Cobblestone. Smelt Cobblestone here for material to craft Furnace

Multiblock, build using 3x3 "Item Slot" blocks on top, then 3x3 "Crafting Stand" on bottom, and a "Crafting Core" between them in the middle
