CradleCraft is a cultivation/progression mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 (Fabric), inspired by Eastern "xianxia" fantasy — specifically the Cradle book series. Players climb a ladder of power, harvest spiritual energy, choose a permanent combat path, and unleash increasingly cinematic techniques.

Core Concept

You start as a mortal and cultivate your way up 13 realms (Foundation → Copper → Iron → Jade → Lowgold → Highgold → Truegold → Underlord → Overlord → Archlord → Sage → Herald → Monarch). Progress is earned by cycling madra (mana) and fighting. Your realm scales everything: technique damage, madra costs, spiritual pressure, and how much terrain your attacks can destroy.

Key Systems

Cycling (madra & purity) — Stand still and channel to refill your mana core and refine your elemental purity. There are three cycling styles: safe Purification Wheel, risky-but-fast Akura (builds dangerous "deviation" damage), and Twin Stars (splits your core).

Aura & Purity — Six aura types (Life, Water, Fire, Force, Sword, Death). Your affinity with them boosts your path's power. Denser-aura biomes cycle faster, and buildable Sacred Treasures passively grant purity.

Paths — At Lowgold you permanently pick one of four combat paths, each with ~5 techniques that unlock across realms:

🔥 Black Flame (Fire+Death) — destructive beams and ultimates that carve craters into the world
👑 Hollow King (neutral) — control, blinding palm strikes, speed buffs, and a loaded-spear ultimate
⚔️ Endless Sword (Sword) — orbiting blades, sustained sword domains, a single colossal cleave capstone
⚡ Stormcaller (Force) — lightning lances, blink teleports, and storm domains that rain real bolts

Spiritual Pressure — Powerful entities emit crushing supernatural dread (slowness, nausea, damage) on weaker cultivators — not a hard wall, but a tax on venturing into danger.

World Destruction — High-realm techniques carve craters, budget-capped per cast (Underlord+ can destroy; Monarch levels mountains). Fully toggleable via config.
