What's new

-Made the command block entity ( that is visible after f-bombing the wither storm ) usable by the elixir, throw it at the command block and the wither dies completely, giving you the advancement "The Beast Neutralized"
-Remade the Command Blocks UI on survival to be similar to the creative one
-Added commands, type /witherstormelixir to access them
-Tweaked the death animations a bit
-Added configs as commands
