CP's Dimensions

Add the ore dimension, enderite, and more!
This add the much needed enderite!
The end didn't have ores, so now it does!
Also there is a diamond portal made with diamond ore, whats inside?

So far there is only the ore dimension, and enderite, but there will be more soon!
