Can now disenchant an item in an anvil by combining an enchanted item with a vanilla book

 

Anvil break chance is now modifiable in config

 

Fixed "empty oceans" issue.  Fullcube spawn no longer blocks water spawns

 

Partly fixed issue with furnace slowdown.  No longer need to break block; Right-clicking should speed it up again.
