update to 1.16.5
Converted over to using Mojang mappings
fixed the messages so the localization text displays correctly
fixed it so the player is dismounted after being underwater from a fall.
changed how the eyes in liquid test works to reflect what I had to do in newer version of minecraft
fixed the leash return, so it uses the config and the key to enable disable work.
