Re-worked banned items in space events, checks for block states as well now.
Eg if a seed is used on a dirt block this is prevented. If a seed is used to open a chest this is allowed
Re-worked organic powder blocks, now drop items from their own tag, eg 'organic_powder_fungus_block_drops' tag contains all mushrooms but other items can be added,
Bamboo can now drop organic powder fungus blocks
Cocoa Beans and Sugar Cane can now drop from organic powder seed block
Warped and Crimson Fungus can now drop from organic powder mushroom blocks
