- Fixed Pets, Hats, and Capes menu pages showing incomplete or missing cosmetic options
- Restored full Cape list visibility in the cosmetics menu
- Improved page clamping so stale saved menu pages no longer show mostly empty grids
- Cosmetic lists now build from their enum definitions where appropriate, reducing the       chance of future missing entries
