Changes:

• Add possibility to change category.
• Added RazerChroma SDK on a native level.
• Update LogitechLedEnginesWrapper(s), add McCueToggles to disable parts of the mod.

• Update CUE SDK to latest, supporting more mouse zones, much less frustrating calibration process (it is pretty much absent now). Since it is a major change, the mod also has been repackaged to the current package "org.zeith", and there have been a lot of internal refactors to stuff such as CorsairLedId and other.
• Updated CUE SDK to support Motherboards and GPUs, also replaced byte return values to documented boolean values.
• Fix RGB load order to prevent even disappearing.
• Make actual logitech RGB dispatcher.
• Tried to fix crash with logitech peripherals.
• Replaced scala Arrays.toList to native java method. (why does scala crap exist here). Also, working on Logitech LED Engine (or trying to get it to work)
• Implemented control stack to allow certain mods pull the full control over the SDK.
