Reverse Staff Changes:

-Added new Advancement

-Removed Speed particles

-Speed 2 -> Speed 1

-Now uses less Durability when using primary or secondary use

-Secondary now gives the user a second of Jump Boost 3 when activated, allowing for repositioning
