Includes the existing barrel and chip features, with Netherite harvesting limited to 50 mature crops per cycle and growth costing 5 bone meal.
Shortened the Netherite barrel tooltip: kept the storage/chip-slot summary and the existing CTRL details, removed the long random-harvest and bone-meal text.
No Fabric API dependency.
