* **Step Assist Added:** Integrated full Step Assist functionality! You can now smoothly walk over 1-block high ledges and obstacles without auto-jumping or jumping mechanics.
* **Code Optimization:** Implemented `StepAssistHandler` using Forge's native `STEP_HEIGHT_ADDITION` attribute for maximum mod compatibility and smooth movement.

#### 🐛 Improvements & Fixes:
* Retained all existing F3 HUD performance cleanup, Telemetry blocking, and View Bobbing fixes.
* Ultra-lightweight footprint (~5 KB) for maximum FPS.
