Coral Snake

Adds a brand new mob to Minecraft, the Coral Snake!

The Coral Snake comes in 2 variants, the standard (Warm) and a special candy cane themed (Cold) variant, both of which spawn at night.

The warm variant can be found in the following biomes:
        - Dark Forest
        - Flower Forest
        - Forest
        - Jungle
        - Meadow
        - Old Growth Pine Taiga
        - Plains
        - Savanna
        - Savanna Plateau
        - Sparse Jungle
        - Sunflower Plains
        - Taiga

The cold variant can be found in the following biomes:
        - Grove
        - Ice Spikes
        - Jagged Peaks
        - Snowy Plains
        - Snowy Slopes
        - Snowy Taiga

Upon death, the snake drops Snake Skin, which can be used to craft Snake Skin Boots, following the standard boots crafting recipe. 

The Snake Skin Boots grant the wearer a 1.15x boost to sneak speed and can be stacked with the Swift Sneak enchantments for a maximum boost of 1.90x (equivalent to Swift Sneak IV which is obtainable through commands only).

This mod is my first attempt at creating a mod for a game.
