- increases the time between the appearance of halloween ghost

The list contains by default vanilla treasure chests
- fixes to edit loottables in save folder (Forge was preventing to deserialize lootpool)
- keep track of the offhand item in Player Grave (issue 238). There is a client config 'equip_shield_in_ priority', disabled by default (similar to the config for elytra).
If you have others similar itemstacks in your inventory, they will be stacked to your offhand
- client config 'reverse_inventory_sorting', disabled by default, allowing to fill the last slots first (this doesn't change how the hotbar is filled)
- prevents to tame a Trader Lama with the Ankh
- doesn't limit the dimensions of undead that can be charmed with the Ankh of Prayer
- prayer of protection can be used on players
- improves grave placement in End dimension
- provides more infos for disabled perks
