Detects blocks with copycat in their registry ID that use Create or Copycats+ fillable-block behavior.

Added the copycatsfix:copycat_10kg_override block tag for manual compatibility.

Removed the Extra Copycats merge introduced in 3.0.8.

Copycat add-ons must now be installed separately; Copycats Fix automatically handles their mass.
