• Populates the Copycats EMI item list during EMI plugin registration using the original feature filters.
• Refreshes through EMI's reload cycle while a client world is open; ignores refresh requests with no world.
• Restricts application to the client and the pinned target class bytes.
• Corrects the exact Copycats dependency to 3.0.4+mc.1.21.1-neoforge.

Standalone packaging uses the already verified beta2 JAR and source archive unchanged. The first portable beta1 had an incorrect dependency range and must not be used. This release does not add support for Copycats+ 3.0.9.

Local native-method fixtures, actual Sponge application/side guards and instruction parity checks passed. Minecraft startup and gameplay were not tested.
