# Copper Fast Oxidation

Tired of waiting for copper to weather naturally?  
**Right-click any copper block with an Amethyst Shard to advance its oxidation by one stage.**

Copper → Exposed → Weathered → Oxidized

## Features

### Oxidize with Amethyst Shards
- Hold an Amethyst Shard and right-click a copper block to oxidize it by one stage
- Consumes 1 Amethyst Shard per use (not consumed in Creative)
- Works on every block that weathers naturally: copper blocks, cut copper, stairs, slabs, doors, trapdoors, grates, bulbs and more (depends on the Minecraft version)
- Trapdoors only oxidize while **sneaking**, so you can still open and close them normally
- Waxed copper and fully oxidized copper are not affected

### Copper-colored scraping particles
- When you scrape oxidation off with an axe, copper-colored dust appears instead of the vanilla particles
- Everything else works the same as vanilla: durability use, sound, shield priority, and sneaking for doors and trapdoors
- Removing wax still uses vanilla behavior

## Server / Client
- **Required on the server.** The oxidizing and scraping are handled by the server.
- **Recommended on the client.** Players without the mod can still join, but they may see vanilla particles mixed in when scraping, or a door briefly appear to open.

## Notes
- No new items or blocks are added
- No config file
- Copper doors, trapdoors, grates and bulbs do not exist in 1.20.1, so only copper blocks, cut copper, stairs and slabs work there

# Copper Fast Oxidation（日本語）

**アメジストの欠片を持って銅ブロックを右クリックすると、錆が1段階進みます。**

銅 → 少し錆びた銅 → 錆びた銅 → 酸化した銅

## 機能

### アメジストの欠片で錆びさせる
- アメジストの欠片を持って銅ブロックを右クリックすると、錆が1段階進みます
- 1回につき欠片を1個使います（クリエイティブでは減りません）
- 自然に錆びるブロックすべてに使えます（銅ブロック、切り込み入りの銅、階段、ハーフブロック、ドア、トラップドア、格子、電球など。バージョンによって違います）
- トラップドアは**スニーク中だけ**錆びます（普段は普通に開け閉めできます）
- ワックスを塗った銅と、最後まで錆びた銅には何も起きません

### 斧で削るときのエフェクトが銅色に
- 斧で錆を削ると、バニラの粒の代わりに銅色の粉が出ます
- 耐久の減り、音、盾の優先、ドア・トラップドアはスニーク中だけ、などの動きはバニラと同じです
- ワックス剥がしはバニラのままです

## サーバー / クライアント
- **サーバーには必須**です（錆を進める・削る処理はサーバーで行います）
- **クライアントにも入れるのがおすすめ**です。入れていなくても参加できますが、削ったときにバニラの粒が混ざって見えたり、ドアが一瞬開いて見えたりすることがあります

## 補足
- 新しいアイテムやブロックは追加しません
- 設定ファイルはありません
- 1.20.1には銅のドア・トラップドア・格子・電球がないため、銅ブロック・切り込み入りの銅・階段・ハーフブロックだけが対象です
