Fixed

CAB Lightning Rod Redirection & Channeling Parity:
- Full multi-loader parity across both Fabric and NeoForge for all 7 Copper Age Backport lightning rod blocks (Exposed, Weathered, Oxidized, and all Waxed variants).
- Registered all 168 blockstates of CAB lightning rod variants into PoiTypes.TYPE_BY_STATE mapped to LIGHTNING_ROD, enabling natural thunderstorm lightning redirection within a 128-block radius via PoiManager.
- Added enchantment data override (data/minecraft/enchantment/channeling.json) with minecraft:any_of block state predicates across all 8 lightning rod blocks, enabling Channeling Tridents to summon lightning bolts on all rod variants during thunderstorms without coordinate offset errors.
- Injected loader-specific mixins (LightningBoltFabricMixin on Fabric and LightningBoltMixin on NeoForge) targeting powerLightningRod() to power CAB lightning rods upon lightning strikes, emitting an 8-tick redstone pulse and electric spark particles.
- Injected clearCopperOnLightningStrike() to de-oxidize unwaxed weathered lightning rods by one stage upon strike while keeping waxed rods protected, and redirecting cleaning to attached copper blocks with random-walk copper cleaning spread.
- Integrated all 8 lightning rod blocks into WeatheringCopper.PREVIOUS_BY_BLOCK/NEXT_BY_BLOCK and HoneycombItem.WAXABLES/WAX_OFF_BY_BLOCK BiMap suppliers.
- Fixed Fabric registry block resolution bug in CopperLightningRodPatcher where method lookup matched Object.equals(Object) instead of registry getters.

- Provided complete translation files across copper_age_patch, farmersdelight, and shieldexp resource bundles.
