🔧 Changes

Now holds the styled widgets its screen effects screen uses (from CoolCatLib: Core; Glazed Menu has its own copy): panels, flat buttons, toggles, text boxes, popups, dropdowns, icons and their textures (assets/coolcatcanvas/textures/gui/style/).
Config screen effects moved here from Core: ConfigEffect and ConfigEffects are now in net.ixdarklord.coolcatcanvas.api.client.gui.theme (the built-in ConfigTheme.STARFALL keeps its id).
Its screen effects screen keeps its dark/light choice with the effects screen's other choices (config/coolcatcanvas-screen-effects.json); its animations are off on the Fast graphics preset. Canvas has no config file of its own (Glazed Menu's screens use Glazed Menu's settings).
