[changed] some recipes for the Conversion Ball.

[added] some recipes for the compressor of IndustrialCraft2

• 2 vanilla minecraft slabs of any type gives you a full block back. For example 2 sandstone slabs = 1 sandstone block.
• 1 vanilla minecraft stairs of any type gives you 1 full block back. For example 1 sandstone stairs = 1 sandstone block.
• 4 gravel dust = 1 gravel block (only works if IndustrialCraft2 is installed)

[added] 2 new items flint dust and gravel dust

• 2 stone dust (IC2) + 2 flint dust crosswise in a 2 by 2 crafting = 4 gravel dust (only works if IndustrialCraft2 is installed)

[added] a cow, a pig, a sheep, a chicken, a mooshroom, a wolf, a horse and an ocelot now drops 1 bone, because these animals always have bones not only a skeleton. A Villager drops a bone too.
