[added] 3 new Blocks (Nether Red Coal, XP Netherrack and Nether Blood Diamond) which are spawning in the nether

[added] GUI for the Conversion Wand which can be opened by right clicking in the sky

[added] a mode value to change between 0=Block mode, 1=Block delete mode, 2=Water mode and 3= Lava mode. The mode can be changed over the new GUI of the Conversion Wand.

[fixed] The Conversion Mod not longer crashes on the server. The server crashes was triggered by the keybindings which are now only client sided.

[todo] The GUI for the Conversion Wand is not bound on a special instance of the Conversion Wand. This will be changed in one of the next releases. You should uses only one Conversion Wand.
