Controlling Language Expansion

Controlling Language Expansion 1.0.0 for Minecraft 1.8.9 adds missing translations to Controlling while keeping the original mod's official translations as the priority.

This JAR includes 50 additional Controlling language files and 549 translated fallback entries in the legacy .lang format.

It only provides translations that are missing from Controlling and does not change gameplay, controls, configuration, or any other feature of the original mod.

Included additional locales:
af_ZA, ar_SA, ast_ES, az_AZ, bg_BG, ca_ES, cs_CZ, cy_GB, da_DK, el_GR, eo_UY, es_AR, es_MX, es_UY, es_VE, et_EE, eu_ES, fa_IR, fil_PH, fr_CA, ga_IE, gl_ES, he_IL, hr_HR, hu_HU, hy_AM, id_ID, is_IS, ka_GE, kw_GB, la_LA, lb_LU, lt_LT, lv_LV, mi_NZ, ms_MY, mt_MT, nds_DE, nn_NO, no_NO, oc_FR, pt_PT, ro_RO, sk_SK, sl_SI, sr_SP, sv_SE, th_TH, val_ES and vi_VN.

Combined with the translations already included in Controlling, this provides localization coverage for the vast majority of languages available in Minecraft 1.8.9.
