   not be presented as the official version or imply endorsement by the
   original author.

4. NO FALSE AUTHORSHIP. You may not claim to be the author of the original
   Software.

5. NO RESALE / NO PAYWALL. The Software, original or modified, may be
   distributed freely, but it must always remain free to download and use.
   You may not sell it, nor place it (or any modified version) behind any
   form of payment or restricted access. This includes, without limitation:
   charging a price for it; requiring a subscription, membership, donation
   or tier (e.g. Patreon, Ko-fi, paid Discord roles, early-access rewards);
   or distributing it as part of a paid-only product where the Software is
   the thing being sold or locked.
   Custom forks and modified versions are subject to this same restriction.

6. PERMITTED USE ON SERVERS AND MODPACKS. Using the Software on a server or
