Contact Activation

Adds observer-like button and lever that detect when you right click on a block
This mod adds a two blocks the Contact Button and Contact Lever they both work like the observer except they detect right clicking on the block they are facing instead of detecting block updates.
The Contact button has the same duration as a stone button and the Contact lever has no delay like a normal lever.
