Construction Wands Revived

4.0.13 — Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge and Fabric

Fixes

• The game no longer crashes on startup when Applied Energistics 2 is not installed. Version 4.0.12 loaded a class that depends on AE2 while the mod was starting, so any modpack without AE2 failed with a missing class error (IAEItemPowerStorage). That class is now only loaded when AE2 is present.
